Seller reviewMegan Hill Mitchum made selling my town home incredibly simple. I have a very hectic work schedule that requires me to be out of town and unavailable much of the work week. She took care of all of the details, so I didn't have to take time off of work and could instead, focus on shopping for my new home. She thoroughly explained each step in the process and was careful to communicate important details along the way. Megan's advice and expertise was incredibly helpful, and as a result, we are using Megan to sell our second home as well!

Megan Hill MItchum is one of those rare individuals who seldom come along and when they do cross our path, we are the better for having known them. She brought both competency and passion for service to her work in facilitating my home purchase and in spite of multiple ups and downs associated with the purchase process, always offered more than what I expected.
