Megan Hill Mitchum made selling my town home incredibly simple. I have a very hectic work schedule that requires me to be out of town and unavailable much of the work week. She took care of all of the details, so I didn't have to take time off of work and could instead, focus on shopping for my new home. She thoroughly explained each step in the process and was careful to communicate important details along the way. Megan's advice and expertise was incredibly helpful, and as a result, we are using Megan to sell our second home as well!

Megan Hill Mitchum has guided our immediate family through the search and subsequent purchase of four homes in less than two years in the greater Des Moines region. We'd like to think we contributed to a sales record in one family and if not, we have another wedding this fall and we think we can make it five before 2018. She's that good. Megan Hill MItchum is one of those rare individuals who seldom come along and when they do cross our path, we are the better for having known them. She brought both competency and passion for service to her work in facilitating my home purchase and in spite of multiple ups and downs associated with the purchase process, always offered more than what I expected. She is a considerable asset to Century 21 Real Estate.

Megan was great to work with. From our initial meeting, I never felt like I was being pushed-she made it clear that decisions regarding listing my house were mine to make. I appreciated her knowledge of the market and ability to get my house listed quickly. Megan and Nichole were both easily accessible and answered my questions almost immediately. I felt super comfortable with their recommendations and have really appreciated their patience throughout this entire process. I would definitely recommend Megan to anyone looking for a realtor.
