Megan Hill Mitchum was always available for questions, concerns, showings, & meetings. She was a great help as the process of buying & selling our house moved very quickly. Our home buying/selling process was as hassle free as possible and Megan Hill Mitchum helped provide valuable insight when important decisions were required from us. Megan Hill Mitchum worked very well with the buyers and sellers of our homes, so we needed only to make a decision and the message was relayed to all parties very quickly and accurately. Not only is she great to work with, but her network of resources is extensive. Our home inspector wasn't just any old home inspector, but also owned a house in the same neighborhood we were buying, around the same age as ours. When buying a 100 year old home, you want someone that knows old homes. Megan goes the extra mile and has the extra resources to get the job done right. Megan also recommended extra testing that resulted in installing radon mitigation and cleaning out 50+ year old sewer lines at seller's cost. Because of her foresight, we feel confident that this house is a solid investment as opposed to a risky ticking time bomb. On top of it all, she has your back and is a constant professional during the closing process. She is patient (it took us a year of looking and offering on three different houses to finally close) and so helpful.
