We were searching for houses on the internet and I was tired of waiting on realtors to get back to us to show us houses. Many were busy and we missed a couple houses that sold. We would make appointments and then get the call to cancel as the owners had accepted an offer. I decided to call the listing agents direct. After we called Megan we met with her right away at her listing. She offered to show us other houses on our list and took off with us that day. She asked us what we were looking for and helped us narrow our search. We found one that fit but we weren't 100% sure. Megan showed us more so we could compare. There was no pressure ever to make a decision. After finding the last property and getting the offer accepted it was a no brainer to have Megan Hill Mitchum list our house to sell. We used the box truck to mover our personal property before the movers came to do the furniture. Having a truck like that available was awesome. It was very easy to drive and maneuver I could do it myself!! Wonderful "perk" that we fully took advantage of. Megan was super good to work with. She was available by text and email which really helped us as we work long and odd hours. She was right on top of what was going on and answered us promptly EVERY time. She is a top notch realtor. We love her!!!
