My husband and I would highly recommend Megan Hill Mitchum! She is knowledgable of Des Moines market. She was also very helpful in all questions we had regarding the houses we toured. We were looking from out of state and she made time for us when we could be in the area, had a good number of houses to tour so as not to waste our time and quickly picked up on what we were looking for. She took the worry out of buying a house so far away and for that I am very grateful. I would recommend her to anyone!

We have never had a realtor in Iowa any better than Megan. She is an amazing person and provided us with a lot of information we needed that most realtors have not done in the past. It was an awesome experience with here & would recommend her very highly to anyone we know looking to buy a home.

I didn't know Megan personally, however I knew someone who spoke highly of her and knew her to be completely trustworthy and felt she would take care of selling my home in a responsible manner. She definately exceeded my expectations by taking care of all the paper work very professionally while keeping me informed of the progress continually. I am very pleased with the selling of my home. I certainly will recommend Megan to everyone buying or selling their home! I would give her a perfect rating concerning her performance.

Megan is truly a truly excellent realtor. She puts her clients first and is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. She worked tirelessly to help me find my new home, which is just perfect for me. She's a great listener and was very much in tune with what I was looking for. Whenever I hit a bump in the road in the process, she was there with sound advice and referrals to equally hard-working and helpful professionals. I can't imagine that I will want to move out of my perfect new home, but if that time comes, I will certainly seek Megan's services again.

Megan was really incredible. I had never purchased a home before, and so I went online and found homes I liked. I then proceeded to call each agent listed alongside the home and scheduled a time to walk-through each house. By the time I reached Megan, I had scheduled four separate walk-throughs with four separate agents. After asking ME a few questions (which none of the others had really done), Megan quickly gathered the situation and explained to me (while laughing) that I was inadvertently representing myself. I told her that was not at all what I wanted and she called the other realtors on my behalf to cancel the showings and explain the situation. It was a very nice gesture. She then looped in all those showings into one afternoon and the two of us took off. I had an extremely positive experience working with Megan.
