Megan Hill Mitchum listened to all of our concerns, provided great advice on what we could do to get ready to list the home, and worked with us on the appropriate time to list. Despite an opaque vision for what we were looking for, Tom was patient and informative throughout the process. We walked away with an amazing house at a price we were happy with. Beyond the sale, Tom supported the emotional process of a large life decision, sharing his real world lessons along the way. While real estate is full of pressure, Tom and C21 struck a nice balance between being there when it was accretive (including many short notice weekends), and not pushing us to hunt more than we were comfortable with.
