Buyer reviewMegan Shultz was great through the entire thing. She was always available when I had questions. If she was unsure about anything she made sure to look into before giving me an answer. She was very professional but also very easy to talk to. I was never nervous about bringing issues or concerns to her. I will be recommending her and Century 21 to all of my friends and family. If I ever purchase another house I will absolutely go to Megan. She made buying a house fun and exciting, instead of stressful. It was a wonderful experience to work with her.

Buyer reviewMegan was great and went above and beyond to help us find the house we had our hearts set on. The first house we looked at, Megan spotted a leak. She climbed into the crawl space without even a second thought to see where the leak was coming from. The house we ended up with needed to be scraped and painted on a majority of the exterior. So Megan showed up with paint brushes and sanders and a shop vac and we had a painting party. To have a realtor willing to step in and help us out really said a lot to us! I would absolutely recommend Megan!

Buyer reviewOur journey to relocate and find a new home almost 100 miles away lasted around 5-6 months. Megan was with us every step of the way. We looked at a lot of homes in so many towns, made many trips with our family. She was always making sure that wherever and whenever we would meet to look at more houses, everything was accommodating to our needs. We went through a few offers that weren't meant to be but Megan was ready to hit the ground running each time to continue in our search for our new home. After finding our home and having our offer accepted, the inspection and closing process was nothing short of perfect! My husband and I very much appreciated being able to sit down with the previous owners and ask questions about the house, the schools, and the area in general.
