Seller reviewThe sale of our home presented many unbelievable events that complicated the sale. Financing fell through for the first buyer. Megan was as surprised as we were to learn well after the scheduled closing. In April we received offers that were difficult to ascertain what the prospective buyers exactly wanted. Megan guided us through each offer and helped us craft counter offers. Third time was the charm as Megan wrote a great counter offer that was accepted. We were able to get to the closing only a week later than we had hoped. I knew through this experience, Megan learned some unique and difficult complications to selling a house. We did as well, and that has helped us in the purchase of our new home. Megan has been gracious to assist the new owners with questions they have had since moving in. She worked hard to get that house sold. We appreciate everything she has done, from painting, to letting professionals in and out of the home, and finding answers to weird real estate issues.
