She was also able to put me in touch with an agent in south Florida, where we were relocating. She was available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful in every aspect of the selling process. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she works hard to make sure her clients receive the best offer possible. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the experience Megan has in this crazy real estate market. The offer we received was beyond anything I could have ever imagined and Megan made it all possible!

She was fantastic in keeping us informed and calm during this whole process. Megan really understood our needs and I would 100% use her again. Megan Wachowski not only advertised our home on realtor sites and social media, she made signs inside the house promoting all our upgrades with dates which completely intrigued buyers into knowing what they were getting with this home. She also caught a $5,000 mistake on our closing papers that we almost missed out in receiving since the buyers signed first. I applaud her attention to detail. I would absolutely be recommending Megan any chance I get. She was great to work with.

In this hot market, she was quick to schedule showings for prospective houses and also responded very timely to any questions or concerns. I was also impressed with her knowledge of all the different neighborhoods of Indianapolis. Once under contract, Megan made sure all inspections and paperwork were promptly completed to move the process along. I would highly recommend working with Megan Wachowski and look forward to doing so again in the future!
