Buyer reviewWe chose to interview Megan to assist in the build process because our last realtor did not have our best interest in mind. When she first arrived, we immediately made a connection and I explained that it was important to my husband and I that we have a realtor who respects a dominant woman with a strong opinion. Our previous realtor would only work through my husband. Megan listened, took note, and then responded with her perspective and how she would differ from our previous experiences. We chose to go with Megan overall because we could both tell that she truly cared about us as people.

Seller reviewMegan was exceptionally knowledgeable on the market value of homes in the neighborhood. She priced my home right and helped negotiate the best offer. Timing of closing and date of possession were also critical to to my choice of accepted offer and I could not be happier with the final outcome. I must say that I believe Megan took the same care and attention with my home as she would her own.

We expected to have our house on the market for multiple days but had numerous showings and multiple offers the first day it was on the market and were very pleased to accept an offer on the first day. Relationships mean everything to me, and our last realtor made no personal connection and didn't take the time to truly understand our wants and needs.
