Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. She went out to the property to "show" us around on video since we were in New York state and the home was in Alaska. She really went out of her way and that sold us the home. Then, my husband flew up to inspect the property and she was very helpful and patient with him. Thank you Melissa!

Buyer reviewMelissa helped us out every step of the way, she answered all my phone calls and questions. Was a really great experience working with her. She had a list of house ready for us once we landed in Alaska, and we found a house the first day. Melissa and Grace are true professionals and set a great standard for all realtors to try and achieve. If we ever buy another house/land it will only be through Melissa and Grace. They are both great people and were sincere about our needs. They both went above and beyond our expectations. Melissa does have an excellent knowledge of the area, and helped us locate a property to fit our needs. Melissa helped with every aspect mentioned above and carefully explained everything to where we could understand every step during this process. On closing day we signed the paperwork at First American Title at 8 am outside during cold weather and Melissa was still there helping us understand everything. She is a truly remarkable caring person, and truly takes into consideration her clients needs. Definitely promote her and have her train other realtors, Melissa and Grace definitely set the gold standard.

Buyer reviewI was put in touch with Melissa through Zillow. Obviously Zillow picks quality people. Once I met her I decided to see how we get along, as I had met several other realtors in recent years and they didn't really listen to what I wanted. Melissa seemed to pick up on what exactly I was looking for in a house. Her availability and communications were excellent, sometimes I felt bad how often I texted but she was always friendly and helpful. My only frustrations with the entire home buying process came from the financing side, which Melissa had no control over. She seemed to have all her ducks in a row and kept on top of the process the entire time, even when the other parties involved (including myself) couldn't seem to get their act together. I am in no hurry to go through another home purchase anytime soon, dealing with the financial part was very stressful, but if I did I'd be more than happy to have Melissa represent me again.
