Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. They came highly recommended by a friend, and at the time, we were listed with another realtor, with few showings. After making Melissa our agent, she and Grace had an honest conversation with us regarding our home comparable and new listing price. They also listed it immediately in winter and sold our home the following month. Melissa is very professional but very personable.
