Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. Seller reviewFor one thing I knew the Merkes family since 1975, I bought this lot through Grace and was friends with Leon with who I enjoyed many cups of coffee at the scout Lake Inn. I had several dealings with Leon & Grace which was always positive and enjoyable. The family was honest and very hard-working and was a great asset to the Sterling and Soldotna area.
