Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. We were searching for a home on the Kenai Peninsula with no luck and appreciated Melissa's guidance when we asked for her help. Melissa cares about her clients, not just getting a sale, and that alone sets her apart. She truly is only concerned with your protection and overall happiness in the long term. Additionally, timeliness is important and Melissa is top notch when keeping her clients in the loop and answering all questions/concerns day or night. The pressure of home buying is completely eliminated, as mentioned she is here for her clients and she is the voice of reason in a sea of bad investments. She went far more than 'the extra mile' to assist us; we live very remote to the area of the home we purchased and are unable to fly to the area in normal daytime hours. Melissa picked us up at the airport, drove many miles to show us the home (and other homes), helped us schedule airplane flights, contact the owner of the neighboring acreage and negotiate a sale of additional acres with our house, worked very late hours to get our late evening offer submitted before we had to return to our home village, was always available on the phone to discuss questions and needs, and quickly, accurately and efficiently took care of all the legalities and paperwork. This home sale would have been extremely difficult for us to take care of from our village. Melissa not only made it happen, she made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Melissa!
