She does such a great job at understanding what you want from an agent and goes far above your expectations. She was always available when we needed advice or had a question and was incredibly timely with sending us our documents we needed to sign. She continued to keep us in the loop with where we were at in the closing process. We really appreciated her expertise when it came time to counter offer or accept/reject fixes after receiving the inspection. We truly feel that Melissa helped us get the most out of selling our house. We would recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her in the future.
