Buyer reviewWhen we started our search we were living in another state. Melissa Lease was assigned to us to show a property that was listed on Zillow. Her great personality and responsiveness lead us to working with her for the remainder of our search and we are so glad that we did. When we moved back to Berks we were searching amid a pandemic and all the restrictions that went with it. Melissa was incredibly accommodating taking us to numerous last minute showings (sometimes more than once). She communicated effectively and was very receptive to what we wanted as buyers. Her knowledge of the area and considerations to each property were spot on including considerations for location, traffic, taxes, local ordinances. We spent a lot of time with Melissa and she was always very friendly and polite (at one point she even left a card to thank the sellers for squeezing in an extra showing). Despite a tough market Melissa kept us optimistic and we finally landed our dream home with a competitive offer. Her insight was invaluable and her friendly demeanor made home buying more than bearable. We would strongly recommend Melissa to anyone seeking an agent now or in the future.

She responded to my text in less than a minute but most of the time she answered immediately. She was very reliable patient and kind... She understood my needs and knew what I was feeling before I even said anything... I would recommend Melissa Lease to help with purchasing or buying a home because she is patient responsible reliable dependable and has a great since of humor.. She really cares and will do everything in her power to make sure you see the property and purchase or sell it... I've never met anyone like her... Very pleased buyer!
