Seller reviewWe used Melissa Lease to purchase the property and then again to sell several years later. She went above and beyond in both cases. Made the purchase and subsequent sale as seamless as reasonably possible. Would definetly recommend and use her as an agent again.

Seller reviewMelissa was able to give us information on other similar properties that sold recently, and did so before we signed her on as our agent Melissa went out of her way to keep the dehumidifier running and even used the water from it to keep my plants moistened. This was the first sale I was directly involved with, and patience on her part was needed and was available. Melissa kept me informed at every step of the pre and post sale. She negotiated on day we set to make decision on which of 5 bids to accept, and helped me narrow it down to two very similar bids. Melissa was knowledgeable and always willing to share informatin I needed in order to understand what was going on at any point.

We had asked to tour a house, and someone at Century 1st passed us onto Melissa. She was so awesome that we decided just to stick with her! Melissa went above and beyond in all categories! Knowing that we were both first time home buyers, she took the time to carefully explain every step in the process, delivering expert advice, connecting us with other experts (mortgage, inspection options, & etc.), and helping us operate within our limits well. Melisa was super responsive and flexible and soooooo nice! She was always ready and willing to answer our questions and didn't make us feel like total newbs (even though we totally were!). I have already recommended her to all my friends, and I will continue to do so! She was a delight.
