Melissa Murdock is a consummate professional real estate broker for Century 21. She went above and beyond for the better part of a 2021 into 2022, working with us from Upstate New York, to find an outstanding respected builder, the wonderful community of Highland Oaks Estates and ultimately our new retirement dream home, all of which started with a real estate tour back in June of 2021. She handled the many inquiries about local services, closing terminology and what to do for the closing through to even following up on the second final virtual walk-through inspection just prior to closing. Melissa graciously assisted us with obtaining the keys following the closing per our request and arranging to be here for a delivery just prior to our move down south, plus meeting us to deliver the keys to our new fully completed new construction dream home.
