I really did not know Melissa Murdock beforehand. I had chosen her based on her profile on the Century21 web ad. Had asked God for guidance to send me the right person to help me sell my sister's property. I believe God had sent us Ms Melissa. My sister passed away before her house was sold ! As a result we had to redo and reconfigure files and paperworks . Throughout all these changes, Ms Melissa had expertly, patiently and with much respect, guided us on what to do and on what we will expect. Throughout all these she was very approachable and was easy to talk to. She was very accessible. But most of all her trustworthiness is above reproach. She has won our hearts. To be understood, acknowledged and recognized even in the midst of pain and sorrow is very refreshing. Ms Melissa had exemplified the very best of what caring for her customers is all about! The sale of the house was accomplished with excellence! At the onset , Ms Melissa had adeptly guided us on the things we needed to do . Step by step , she was guiding us , encouraging us ,giving us tips, figuratively holding our hands leading us towards the end hoal . Even after the initial buyers had backed out. she is truly a GEM!

Melissa has been amazing to work with. In this time of selling and especially buying a house she has made the process easy. I will and have recommend Melissa to others. She has been an enormous help. We have not been the easiest clients with the market so hectic and she was so understanding and always comforting. It was appreciated fully.
