Buyer reviewMike took over our real estate needs from another broker, he is great and very attentive. He has been like a friend rather than a salesman. We will pass his name to anyone needing assistance. When we had troubles he was right there to guide us and we all worked through it as a team. Century 21 is really the best and made our final dream come true. Mike kept us informed and never pushed us to make a one sided decision. He made comments and helped point out concerns as we walked through homes, he also was able to help us come up with an offer that benefited us as well and would be acceptable to the seller. The closing and documents were easy and he prepared us for what to expect before each step ahead of time so there were no surprises. Over all it was way better than we expected and that was due to Mike's ability to be on top of everything, no matter the time or day of the week, if we had a question he had an answer or would get one swiftly

Seller reviewMike is the only reason that we stuck with Century 21, after a bad experience with another agent. He understood our expectations and often exceeded them. He was always reachable and responsive and helped us wade through a very difficult time in our lives while frequently serving as a therapist and friend! We have actually sent some of our family members to Mike and they have also had a much better experience overall than with their previous agent. I would recommend Mike over any of the other agents in the area. He has a strong work ethic and never let us down! The other agent we dealt with was far below our needs and expectations but Mike was amazing!
