Buyer reviewI was looking for a lower priced fixer upper and wanted to get a rehab mortgage that would cover renovations. I didn't know of anyone locally and was worried about cost. Mike told me of a local mortgage company that could do this mortgage, and about someone who could help with closing costs. I ended up being able to afford a house that was already renovated that I thought was out of my price range, and his recommendations made that possible.

Buyer reviewI became acquainted with Mike Dickerson after seeing a sign for a property he represented, however, before committing to his realtor services I asked around of friends who had recently bought houses. Every person who had worked with Mike gave glowing reviews and that eased any apprehension I had. Mike made the process very easy. He advised me about best practices and had enough knowledge to help me traverse the process with no difficulty. Mike was also familiar with the area and the people residing in the community. This was particularly important as I narrowed down the possible properties. Mike was the perfect balance to help me feel comfortable and valued. He was patient as we traipsed through endless marshy properties and never made me feel like the trips were inconvenient, even when I asked him to do so on nights and weekends. Mike was good at being available for my questions and willing to look into matters to make sure he was right. My experience with Mike Dickerson and Century 21 has been positive and painless. The entire time I have felt supported, like I was working with a friend with my best interests in mind.
