Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time. When you first meet with Mike he will tell you that he will answer your calls and emails timely. Unless you' ve been through the process before you may not appreciate the full value of that commitment. Throughout the process, questions will arise, you will probably require some guidance and paperwork will need to be signed. Mike walked me through each step of the process, answered my endless quantity of questions and demonstrated patience and compassion as my daughter and I tried to agree on the location of our new home. After 2 previous brokers , Mike Hoffman presented to be HONEST and Very PROFESSIONAL .Evaluated my home suggested minor repairs , Aware of Norway"s Mobile Court regulations..Mike explained his plan to sell my home,impressed me with next day photogher ,emailing listing on mutiple listings .Mike constant communcation with me but also several other agency finally had protental buyers constanly requesting view o f my home.Mike encourged me that he would do his best to sell my home , but also seemed more than realtor but personel friend and after 6 months he finally SOLD MY HOME ,negotated selling price for me.
