I am very pleased to have had the services of Mike Hoffman for my home purchase. From our first contact he proved to be dependable willing to do what I needed to make the deal happen. There are so many horror stories out there related to real estate agents and as a first time buyer I was a little wary of the process. However, working with Mike was such a pleasure. He really listened to not only the wants but more so the needs that my wife and I conveyed as it related to what we was looking for in a home. He spent many months vetting the market and pinpointing and showing us the properties that truly fit the criteria of what we wanted. And his knowledge of potentially detrimental issues that I would have never seen was top notch. He won't put people into a home for sake of the sale. Instead, he makes sure his clients are not only happy with the home, but are also set up to succeed after the sale. Mike Hoffman is AWESOME! I previously had my property listed with friend for 6+months & it was an awful experience!
