Averaging a home sold every 10 days for the last 25 years!
I've lived in Berks County all my life. My long-term residency in the area has given me the experience and background of Berks County. I can find my way around just about anywhere, and if I were to get lost, it wouldn't take long for me to get my bearings. The kid in me shows himself occasionally. I love the outdoors (motorcycles, hunting, fishing, boating & sports). I spent many years coaching youth soccer, baseball, and wrestling. I love the beach and try to vacation there once a year.
I reside in the Bernville area with my wife Lorie and our son Alex. I chose this profession because it is the perfect fit for me. Those who know me joke about how I'm "the definition of a people person." It is not just my communication skills that make me good at my job, but the rewarding feeling I receive by knowing I truly helped someone achieve his or her real estate needs. Working in the real estate business for the past 25 years has never been boring. I learn more about it every day. The more I learn, the more I love what I do and the better I can help my clients!
I am a past board member, including former Secretary, at the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors® (RBAR). I formally held the position as a new agent coordinator for 3 years with Century 21 Call First (now Century 21 Gold). I am always willing to answer any questions new agents may have about the business and give some ideas or opinions on what the best approach to real estate could be.

Buyer reviewOur situation led us to having to buy a home in a short amount of time. House shopping was fun in the beginning, but after several offers were turned down, things looked hopeless. It became frustrating, overwhelming, and depressing. Michael stood by us every step of the way. He encouraged us, supported us, and kept us motivated and did not give up. He was very professional, but friendly and understanding. He took the time to explain every scenario and was open and honest about everything. He was never in any rush with anything and spent extra time with us going over details. He wanted us to find the right home, and not just A home.
