Both Donna and Michael also adhere to our strict time of showings to do having a baby at home and nap times. Overall great experience and we highly recommend them. Obviously they work as a great team as well

Seller reviewCentury 21 Beggins is by far the best brokerage in the Tampa/St. Pete area. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Craig Beggins referred Michael Reichenbach, so we looked no further! Michael was absolutely amazing to work with! He was incredibly responsive to us and on top of every part of the process. He helped us decide on a sales price, then he implemented the sales strategy. Our situation was unique in that it was a rental property with a tenant in place which is why it took a couple months get under contract. If that weren't the case, I think he would have sold much sooner. Once the property was under contract, Michael handled everything since we live out west. Looking back, it was effortless. If we buy in the St. Pete/Tampa area again - we will only use Michael Reichenbach.
