Buyer reviewHaving lived in same home for 48 years, in retirement and be able to travel, we began looking for HOA communities. Michael Reichenbach understood our concerns about purchasing a Villa in an HOA, and all those little details about how HOAs operate, details of closing, and hints like speaking to neighbors to get their opinion (which may have helped us get a $14,000 lower price). He was always there to show us numerous properties, often in an hour on a weekend, traveling some distance to our area. We greatly appreciate his help, sage advice, and care he showed to us.

From my very first phone contact with Mike he demonstrated professional mastery of his trade. This is his full time occupation, not a part time gig. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an easy, zero drama, fair transaction. Other than moving out and signing countless documents, Mike handled everything else.
