Seller reviewMike Roessler has a kind face and a gentle way that brings out the best in people. I met Mike in the nineties and he made a strong impression. Level. Good negotiator. Straight. Local. Well known and respected. Respectful to others. Persuasive. Develops empathy with the other party. Finds solutions to problems. Trustworthy. Very experienced. Mike made himself available to me seven days a week from six AM to midnight. The whole staff is excellent. I walked into the office on Main Street a few times and was treated like I was the only and best customer. Mike likes what he does and it shows. All of the online tools Mike uses, like document review and signing and scheduling viewings, are extremely easy to understand and use. I had a small structural problem and Mike got his brother, a well established contractor, to drop everything and fix my problem so my sale could progress quickly. Mike has a lot of connections with first rate workers that move things quickly. I worry about things at night. Mike took care of everything, and also saved me money where he could. I slept well. Mike uses an excellent professional photographer to document and show off the house. Beautiful work; I'm keeping those pictures.
