I knew about four years ago when I started working with Michelle that she was different. All of the other realtors wanted to steer me to the already renovated homes in fancy areas that had huge price tags. I'm a builder that is not what I was looking for. When I told every other realtor I was looking for "a Diamond in the rough" most would laugh and shrug it off, not Michelle. She asked what areas I was willing to compromise on and what amenities were non-negotiable? And all the other Important questions. She helped me buy my first home with her the day they opened the market back up for physical viewing from Covid. Actually it was the first day that home was on the market and we were there at 9 am and she had an offer out by 11 am. That is the home I just sold almost doubling my money! I knew it was the right home and told here that before I even went inside. That is how good she listened to what I was looking for. Through the buying and selling she knew when to push , when to mellow and when to go full throttle. She is not afraid to upset or piss someone off if it gets things done that should have already been done. She also does things I have never seen before as well. Like a list of all utilities and the contact info for them so everyone has their contacts. All my paperwork on a flash drive at here expense and time at close weather it was purchase or sale of a home. She Goes five miles out of her way to make sure everything is right. I can never express how much it means to me to have people like her doing what they love to make this sad, crazy, messed up world better! As a first time buyer I was expecting the process to be a nightmare, but it really wasn't too bad. Michelle was on top of things and made the whole process easy. I would work with her again in the future for sure. Michelle was really easy to work with and did a great job guiding me through my first home buying experience.
