Michelle went above and beyond. She even picked up my wife and kids to show them some houses that we were interested while I was at work all day. We really appreciate her dedication and how comfortable she made us feel throughout the whole process. Michelle was unable to show me the house after I got out of work late because she had other showings but made sure another agent was able to show me at such a late hour. Michelle and her husband went above and beyond. They spent an entire day getting rid of unwanted furniture and other items that were left behind. They got my grass cut, cleaned out my crawl space, and the other parts of the house. They took several trips to the dump and got rid of everything I told them I didn't want. They made my move in memorable and we couldn't be more happy with their help. We were able to move in the next day. She helped me set up my water, trash, and recycle services. We really appreciate all her hard work and excellent service.
