She is also very knowledgeable and transparent about information and details regarding the process. Given the difficulty of the market in the current state Michelle managed to make it a lot easier than we had anticipated. We found our forever home but if we even need another realtor we would reach out to Michelle first.

Buyer reviewI am elderly and have purchased MANY homes in my lifetime. Of all the realtors I have known, Michelle Bennett outperforms all of them. I am in a different time zone from MIchelle, yet she never hesitated to return my calls and was always cheerful and charming. I have had realtors in the past who seemed to be more on the side of the selling agent than on my side. I never doubted Michelle's loyalty to me for one minute. She explained all steps of the buying process in great detail and was patient with my inability to understand certain points. She also was my grand daughter's agent. Both of us were extremely satisfied with her performance. If I had a real estate agency, I would want Michelle in charge. She is a good negotiator and was able to get the price I needed.
