Michelle went above and beyond. She even picked up my wife and kids to show them some houses that we were interested while I was at work all day. We really appreciate her dedication and how comfortable she made us feel throughout the whole process. Michelle was unable to show me the house after I got out of work late because she had other showings but made sure another agent was able to show me at such a late hour. She really helped work around my busy schedule. Michelle understood the type of neighborhood, school, and house we were looking for. She was always active in sending us houses that met our needs and what was important to me and my family. Michelle was amazing from start to finish. As a first time home buyer she was able to answer all my questions, helped me find a home inspector, helped me get pre approved, and provide all the contact information I needed to get setup after buying a house. She really made it easy for me throughout the whole process. The seller left all their furniture and other unwanted things in the house that I requested to be removed which was a huge disappointment. Michelle and her husband went above and beyond. They spent an entire day getting rid of unwanted furniture and other items that were left behind. They got my grass cut, cleaned out my crawl space, and the other parts of the house. They took several trips to the dump and got rid of everything I told them I didn't want. They made my move in memorable and we couldn't be more happy with their help. We were able to move in the next day. She helped me set up my water, trash, and recycle services. We really appreciate all her hard work and excellent service.

Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind in her explanations and we had questions about the purchase of our house. She was extremely professional and we felt like we were in good hands the entire time. We were purchasing our house in Michigan while we were still in Arkansas. Michelle made every effort to show us any house we were interested in via video call, so that we could get as close to an in-person viewing of the property as possible.
