Seller reviewWe wouldn't have gotten through the sale of our house without Michelle! Before we even listed the house, Michelle gave us great advice and a list of things we needed to do to make the house more appealing to potential buyers. We put a lot of sweat equity into the house but it paid off! We sold the house for far more than I ever thought we would thanks to Michelle's advice!!! Michelle is a pro at working with other realtors, title agencies and everyone else involved in the sale of a house. She was in constant communication with all parties and us to make sure things were moving along as smoothly and as swiftly as they could! Michelle was great to work with. She was kind, understanding, professional, timely with communications, accessible, and empathic (just to name a few positive characteristics). At times she served as a counselor and talked me off a ledge when I was freaking out about the various stressful things that can happen when selling a home.We appreciate all she did for us during this sale. I have and will continue to highly recommend Michelle to others looking to buy or sell. Michelle is everything you want in a realtor and more!!!

She handled all of the negotiations, exchange of contracts and everything else fabulously - we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Michelle is a consummate professional, Her communication is timely and clear. The lady at our title company said that Michelle "was a blessing to work with." I am so grateful to her for handling all of this on our behalf! Our overall experience with Michelle was fabulous! She was incredibly patient! We looked at over 30 houses and Michelle never once complained or made us feel like an inconvenience. Michelle was incredibly skilled in helping us identify what it was that we wanted. She was observant on the things we were looking for throughout the process and towards the end we/she could tell by looking at a listing if it was even worth us going to see because it wasn't really what we wanted. Seller reviewMichelle Bennett did an excellent job with the sale of our first home and purchase of our second. Michelle was referred to us by a friend/coworker who spoke highly of Michelle and her expertise. Michelle is extremely familiar with the greater Kalamazoo area and worked diligently to find our perfect forever home. Michelle offered great suggestions for marketing and staging, which helped tremendously with a quick sale. Despite the partial government shutdown, the transition appeared seamless. Although we do not have intentions of moving in the near future, we would definitely utilize Michelle again and have already begun referring friends to her who are looking to purchase their home.
