Buyer reviewThis box may not be big enough to list the good things I think & feel about Michelle Elsesser! My logistics were stressful for me selling my home in DE and moving to FL with requirements to find and settle on a home between April and June..and needing a short term rental for the in between. I was referred from someone I knew; I'm a tough sell so I was hopeful but not convinced the first agent referred would be a keeper. BUT...from the moment we spoke I knew she "Got it" and "Got Me". She naturally goes above and beyond for her clients. I'm truly honored to not only have Michelle as my go to for realty, but now also as a local friend here in Florida. Someone should really just praise her daily because she's amazing.

Seller reviewAs out of state sellers we were a bit nervous about the whole selling process, but Michelle made everything so easy and handled the day to day issues which would have been difficult for me to manage living so far away. Offers within days and a closing within a month, working with Michelle Elsesser was a great experience! I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Buyer reviewMichelle was recommended by a business colleague. We had an initial conversation with her among several other agents. We felt she was a clear winner for us. She understood our wish list and was very knowledgeable on the neighborhoods. We really needed someone who was so set on listening and understanding what we needed since we were moving from out of state and weren't familiar with the area. She seriously couldn't have been better. She was like a close friend and trusted business partner. Michelle was great at running comps, giving insight into starting offers and escalation clauses to have a compelling offer. She ended up going to the house we bought three times for us (one to do video tour and twice during the open houses that weekend to help gauge other buyers interest) we really feel like we got the house we did because of her connecting so well with the buyers agent.
