Buyer reviewMichelle clearly put in the extra effort to help make the buying process as stress free as possible for my husband and I. She was always available to answer any questions we had and didn't make us feel like there were any bad questions. When things out of our control went wrong, she was there to help fix it in any way she could. She even helped to entertain our two year old when viewing the house! I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy a house.

Seller reviewI couldn't ask for a more positive result then selling a home with Michelle. Her knowledge of the area, and sales experience proved to be vital! We had an initial offer which fell through due to the financing end of the buyers, unavoidable by Michelle, however Michelle put her nose back to the grindstone, found a more qualified buyer with a better offer, and actually closed in less time than the original offer. She never got discouraged, and provided a better result in the end! Fantastic job!!

She stayed in contact till we came down to view townhomes, so she knew exactly what we were looking for, and had 10 lined up the for us and got into contract at 673 Broadway on the 2nd day. When we found our dream home just a mile away she called us back within minutes, had us viewing the house that afternoon and helped us navigate and win a backup offer, even tho the house was in contract. The first buyer baled and we were first in line with a good back up Michell was helping answer questions and trouble shoot potential problems long before we could even list the condo so that we would be ready as soon as we could list and she always gets back to us quickly and is always supportive and will research whatever is needed .
