I am a graduate from Ball State University with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. I have 15 years of experience working for home builders in the Indianapolis area. While working in the home building industry I both managed the design center and sold new construction homes. I joined Century 21 Scheetz as an associate broker in October 2014. This was an extremely difficult time to buy an new home with COVID, the short supply of homes available and also having a home to sell. Times and real estate have changed and Michelle has kept up with those changes, and made this super easy for us. She made recommendations to do things differently (like selling before buying) than I have in the past and explained why those changes were necessary in today's real estate environment. Michelle was incredible, she was extremely responsive to any questions I had throughout the selling process and was extremely informative about things I needed to know as well. We had a few road blocks that made selling the house a little difficult at first (none that were Michelle's fault, all issues with my home) and this caused me a great deal of stress. Michelle could see that I was struggling and went above and beyond to help me make the process as easy as possible. Above all throughout this entire process I never felt like michelle was my realtor, and instead felt like she was my friend. She has earned my business for life and I can't wait for our next endeavor! 10 out of 10!!!

Walking into this deal, this was a simple land buy that turned into a 3 month process. Michelle guided us (the buyer) and the sellers as we made sure everything was completed correctly. The previous owners were deceased which added a new hurdle, Michelle made sure the siblings that now owned the property were comfortable with the selling price and process.

If you are in need as a person that truly cares about your situation or what you're going through and your family and answers the phone and any questions that you might have at anytime of the day or night you need to contact Michelle. She went above and beyond for our family everything about her was wonderful the best customer service I have ever seen in a person and truly cares about her clients . I would like to add that she sold our house in one day and was on top of everything that was going on. If you're ever in need of someone to sell or you're looking for a house to buy Michelle is definitely the person that you need to contact. Michelle was recommended to us by someone in our neighborhood & it turns out, we'd known her for a while, it just spaced our mind she was a RE Agent. We met with her the first time to simply go see a house & talk more about our needs & wants. We ended up seeing a few more houses that did hit our marks, but they weren't "the one". We finally found one we loved, but the sellers backed out on selling. The day we saw that house, Michelle called us knowing we were discouraged & said "Guys! Why don't you build? That house can be built by Christmas & I know it's exactly what you wanted!" Building made us nervus, but she walked us through the process, helped us find our builders, & has been with us every step of the way. Michelle has become a close friend & is still very much involved in our homeowners journey. She sends us texts to remind us of things & just to check in. She will also be attending our baby shower! We could not have found the perfect home to start our family in had it not been for her. We highly recommend her & give her the highest of praise!
