Seller reviewMy husband and I worked with Michelle when we were looking to purchase a new home five years ago. We had a great experience working with Michelle at that time and I knew I wanted to work with her again to sell my condominium. As this was my first experience selling a property, I was unsure about how the process would go. Michelle was always available for questions and always provided thorough responses and explanations. Buying and selling real estate can be stressful. Michelle's calming presence, responsiveness and knowledge of the processes makes buying or selling easier and less stressful. Michelle is our go to realtor and will work with her again!

Buyer reviewOverall Sales Experience was A+ due to working with Michelle Bonneau. She was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable and was extremely patient with our never ending questions. We purchased a property while relocating from Chicago, IL; however, this was the 3rd time we worked with Michelle on the sale/purchasing of a property. This time was particularly difficult because of the market and because of the Sellers/Builders. Despite some of the challenges we faced, Michelle was there for us every step of the way. She was a true advocate and I know we would not have ended up with a house in the end if it wasn't for Michelle's dedication and diligence. We are so appreciative of Michelle and her efforts and could never thank her enough! If you are looking for a home in CT or MA, I would highly recommend Michelle.
