Buyer reviewMichelle was referred to me by family members who had Michelle's service when they rented, then purchased their first home and later sold that property and purchased a new one - all with Michelle's help. She came highly recommended, and based on my experience working with Michelle as my buyers and sellers agent, I would highly recommend, as well. Michelle is very knowledgeable about real estate, what's important to look for when viewing a property to buy, as well as how best to prepare a property to sell. She knows the business side of real estate, but also has intuition in regards to counseling her clients. I would hire Michelle again as needed!

The most recent listing was a difficult property to 'show' as it involved 4 tenants in rental units. Michelle excelled in dealing with the various personalities and needs, particularly within the constraints of the pandemic. I am not an easy client to deal with, and Michelle excels at handling my requirements and requests. This WAS NOT a typical property to market and sell. Michelle truly earned her commission and beyond in handling this transaction.
