Buyer reviewWe got lucky that a friend recommended Michelle. She was everything we could want in an advisor. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, knew construction, knew vital POCs, and most importantly she protected us from bad opportunities and was savvy in course-correcting us when we were heading down a wrong path. Michelle was OUR agent and she had our best interest at heart. It was evident she was going to ensure we got what we paid for and represented us superbly. Seller reviewI did a good deal of research before choosing Michelle Bonneau to represent me in the sale of my home. I needed someone experienced and knowledgeable. I wanted a realtor that had good customer reviews from BOTH buyers and sellers. Many realtors had good customer reviews from buyers, which makes sense, as buyers are typically more excited about purchasing a new home, but no reviews written by sellers. Michelle had good reviews from both buyers and sellers. I also had a major construction obstacle that needed to be dealt with prior to selling my home. Michelle Bonneau proved to be very well in tune with how to overcome that obstacle as well as being well connected with contractors in the area to get the best price for getting the job done. She also took it upon herself (with my permission) to make the needed telephone calls to get the work completed. It took a lot of pressure off of my shoulders and I greatly appreciated all of her hard work. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle Bonneau as a realtor for sellers and buyers. I should also add, she sold my home quickly as well. It sold within one week from listing it.
