She is the most professional and outstanding realtor you can ask for. She knows her stuff, and she will make sure you purchase the right home for you, instead of just trying to "sell" you a home. Professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable yet friendly and down to earth. She was in constant contact, always informing me of any information that was developing and always prompt in answering any questions I had. Michelle went above and beyond in all aspects of purchasing my new home. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and respect for her. I don't ever want to move again but if I did Michelle is the one person I would want by my side. I have a new home and a new friend and I couldn't be happier. Michelle is AMAZING, I would not have made it through this process without her. Her response and follow-up skills are unmatched. I was constantly amazed by the level of customer service and support I received from her. There is absolutely no one else who has Michelle's level of attention to detail. I honestly can't say enough good things about her as a person and the experience she provided to me as my realtor!!! Trust is HUGE for me and I never once felt like I couldn't trust Michelle's advice, perspective, opinion, etc. I felt like she looked out for me and treated me like she would treat her own family. While I am happy the house hunting process is over, I will miss my regular conversations with Michelle!
