Buyer reviewOn a whim I contacted Michelle to look a property she had listed. I was in search of something smaller in Somers after downsizing. From the moment I met Michelle I knew she was special. Professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable yet friendly and down to earth. She was in constant contact, always informing me of any information that was developing and always prompt in answering any questions I had. Michelle went above and beyond in all aspects of purchasing my new home. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude and respect for her. I don't ever want to move again but if I did Michelle is the one person I would want by my side. I have a new home and a new friend and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Michelle from the bottom of my heart for all you have done and remaining by my side through it all. You're a true Gem and I and my family will never forget it. ?

Michelle is AMAZING, I would not have made it through this process without her. Her response and follow-up skills are unmatched. I was constantly amazed by the level of customer service and support I received from her. There is absolutely no one else who has Michelle's level of attention to detail. I honestly can't say enough good things about her as a person and the experience she provided to me as my realtor!!! Trust is HUGE for me and I never once felt like I couldn't trust Michelle's advice, perspective, opinion, etc. I felt like she looked out for me and treated me like she would treat her own family. While I am happy the house hunting process is over, I will miss my regular conversations with Michelle!

Seller reviewMichelle is the best realtor I have used. When she shows us a home, she isn't just trying to sell us the first house we see, she points out the pros and cons of every home, and I always feel extremely comfortable with Michelle knowing I can trust her when choosing or selling my home. She is also the most responsive person I know. As soon as I call her or text her, she gets back to me right away. She is always on top of the things we need to do, and I know I am in good hands with her. Top down, the best realtor we could ask for.
