There are not enough kind words that I can say about Michelle. We had a difficulty experience buying our first house, so when it came to selling and buying again, we were nervous to have a sinmilar experience. However, working with Michelle turned out to be the best experience EVER Michelle takes the time to get to know you and your family on a personal level in order to find you exactly what you need and love. She was accessible to us 100% of the time and made sure that we understood every single step of our buying and selling process. She provided us with so much great advice, and her experience as a realtor is so apparent as soon as you begin working with her. Michelle was able to sell our house for way over asking and found us our forever home. Can't say enough good things. Met Michelle from a listing post on Facebook, and since that conversation, we went from listing on home, selling our home, purchasing our dream home and life long friends! Michelle Wasko is by far the reason our house sold so quickly. Right from the start, Michelle knew exactly how to approach selling our house of 40 years. It was so overwheming but Michelle kept us calm and focused on what needed to be done. To complicate matters, we were living in Florida and had to depend on Michelle to get the house ready. Much time was spent online and over the phone working together and Michelle always sounded happy to help us, no matter what. Often she cheered me up when I would get frustrated. Michelle and her team, Sheila and Tom Novembre, worked tirelessly to do what needd to be done but filled in to do what we were unable to do since we were in Florida. Michelle was there to help us pack during the week we were there. Michelle's professionalism, sense of humor, and kindness was so appreciated duriing that confusing time. Since then, Michelle has become a very dear friend to us.

Wow I worked with 2 other brothers before Michelle. Once I met Michelle she understood my needs and went right to work. At one moment I felt desperate and she immediately reminded me of the requirements that I had been looking for and put me back on track to make sure that all my requirements were met.
