Seller reviewMichelle Waskomwas very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market and knew a lot about the area of my home. She was very caring and understanding about the feelings I had about my home. I am a widow and looked to Michelle for her excellent guidance and thoughts about selling the house. She was willing to help me with everything, she was even willing to come and help pack up my house if I needed helped. We had obstacles along the way such as an oil tank and septic tank that needed to be removed, she was on top of everything at all times. She kept my attorney, the buyer and myself informed every step of the way, she was available to me to answer a question at anytime. She would no question is stupid just feel free to ask, which I did. If I had another home to sell I would pick Michelle Wasko to be my realtor again and again without a doubt, she just fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and yet professional.
