My previous experiences with Real Estate Agents was bad. Both (referred by family and friends) were there for me at first, then they totally disappeared and were unreachable once I had signed on the dotted line. Therefore, I decided to try a different approach this time when selecting an agent. I went online and looked at current listings in my city and the surrounding cities. I wanted to see who had the best photos for the houses they were selling and the best descriptions for the properties. That tells me that they care about their work and detail orientated people. Miguel Gonzales Jr. hands down had the best photos and descriptions, so I chose him! I was not disappointed in the choice that I made in Miguel. From the minute that I contacted him, he was working hard for me. He came to my house and took his time taking a lot of great photos of my house and property. He understood my needs right from the start ( I had accepted a position at a job in Nevada and had to move in less than a month) and set up an aggressive plan to sell my house fast. He set up a wonderfully detailed listing which highlighted the best parts of my house & yard. He immediately set up Open Houses for both Saturday and Sunday, which was just a few days after I had contracted him. He even walked around my neighborhood the day before in the rain to hand out flyers. He stayed after the Open House was done both days because people were still streaming in to look at the house. He had planned on doing a few more open houses during the week but it wasn't necessary because the weekend Open Houses provided more than enough offers! Within just a couple of days, I had accepted an offer that I was very happy with. Miguel had priced my house perfectly… Which by the way was a lot more than I ever thought I could get for the house. Miguel kept in constant contact with me all the way through the process till the very last day when escrow closed and the money was wired into my account. He checked in with me often to make sure I knew what was going on. And not just a little text here and there but he would call me on the phone so that he could be sure that I understood everything and was happy. I never felt rushed to get off the phone. I cant believe that I am sitting here writing this, with my house sold and a nice chunk of money in my account a very short 6 weeks after I had contacted Miguel! Miguel Gonzalez Jr. is a wonderful human being and it shows in his work. His work ethic is impeccable! He is happy, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will never hesitate to recommend Miguel to anyone in the future, He makes Century 21 look good!
