Buyer reviewHe was well informed of the market price of the houses in the neighborhood and negotiated me a great deal for the house. The contracts and closing was smooth and comfortable. With his attention to detail he made sure the little flaws in the house were fixed. The handing of the money was outstanding because he was not persistent with the deposit. He new how to talk to me about money and it flowed well.
