To everyone's surprise, I was a new home owner in less than 30 days. Miguel was always very responsive and made sure to keep me informed when there were tasks that I needed to complete. He was very patient with explaining the process to me and answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism. I'm a 1st time buyer, so I had LOTS of questions and needed him to go over some topics more than once, but he was always happy to do so.
