Mike was great! My wife Anne and I are moving from out of state. We were looking for a home with very specific requirements for over a year. We had even been at the start of escrow on another property bur had to decline offer. Mike was great about starting the search over again. The house we ended up purchasing was much better than the first house for a number of reasons. Mike made several trips out to the property to answer any questions we had. We were so confident in Mike's awareness of the market and his assessment of the house we purchased it sight unseen. Hopefully we wont need to purchase another property for a few years but if we do Mike will be in our plan!

Mike was the selling agent of the home we bought in June. He knew the house well and when we found out we had to move once again I thought I would go with him. Although he was not my agent for the former deal I knew he was good. He did a great job for us as well. Smart and very professional. Always professional. Always was available when I reached out to him. I have nothing but kind things to say about him . Top notch ! I would recommend him to anyone!

We had previously met with a different realtor from a different company. When provided referral for Mike from two people (colleagues and acquaintance) we decided to jump ship and contact Mike. It was a great fit from our first conversation. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the area as he was raised in Traverse City. It helps that he currently lives and raises his own family in the area. He was able to answer many questions we had being that we are not from Traverse and we had many! He put us at ease immediately with his knowledge of the market and was always prepared whenever meeting in person or a phone call away. We often visited the area to look at houses with our three small children in tow. Mike was amazingly patient and kind to us all and accepting of our crew. He never made us feel rushed and I always felt that I was in the know of everything going on.
