We had previously met with a different realtor from a different company. When provided referral for Mike from two people (colleagues and acquaintance) we decided to jump ship and contact Mike. It was a great fit from our first conversation. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the area as he was raised in Traverse City. It helps that he currently lives and raises his own family in the area. He was able to answer many questions we had being that we are not from Traverse and we had many! He put us at ease immediately with his knowledge of the market and was always prepared whenever meeting in person or a phone call away. We often visited the area to look at houses with our three small children in tow. Mike was amazingly patient and kind to us all and accepting of our crew. He never made us feel rushed and I always felt that I was in the know of everything going on. I felt that he really took great care to find us a house (all the houses we saw actually) that fit our needs and didn't waste our time. Being that we were far away when going through this process, he would answer everyone of our many phone calls and that was important.
