Seller reviewWe have not had great realtor experiences in the past and were a little hesitant to use another one. Mike Cottle was recommended by a neighbor and we came to really like him and trust that he had our best interest in mind. He was everything we needed and did a great job for us. He was very straight forward with us and patient with our initial reluctance. I would definitely recommend Mike Cottle to anyone!

Seller reviewI've known Mike Cottle for over 15-20 years. Mike is the best and only real estate agent I will ever use. Mike listens, understands, and gets the job done! We looked at 3 homes with Mike and that's all it took to find us the most wonderful home that we now live in. Also the team of people he works with are as amazing as Mike is. I honestly wouldn't trade him as my agent for anything. Mike was very attentive, positive, had energetic service, knowledgeable, and helpful Got above asking price and home was under contract within 24-36 hours of us putting it on the market. We actually had our old home under contract and put in an offer on the home we're now living in on the same day All around y'all need to raise your right hand as high as you can, bend it at the elbow, and pat yourselves on the back for a job well done

Seller reviewWe have known Mike for many years and trust his guidance. It was a very difficult decision for us to sell, and very emotional. Mike has been a trusted friend and very helpful and understanding during this process. He has many years of experience and has a developed a large network of people who support real estate transactions. This property is complicated by factors like easements, water rights, well rights, first rights of refusal, etc. and Mike lead the navigation through all of those complications with his support network. Along with selling our home, Mike also helped us find a home to purchase and helped us through that transaction. We highly recommend Mike Cottle when choosing a real estate agent.

Seller reviewI interviewed five other agents.....Mike Cottle was the only agent to answer my call on the first try.....Mike took the time to listen to my concerns and then intagrate them into a plan. I found Mike to be a consemate "Pro" from our very first conversation. A couple of the other agents came a bit more highly recommended but they did not display to me the attributes that I was looking for......which was a hard working, straight shooting agent. Mike filled the bill. Mike Cottle was fantastic in all of the above outlined areas of our experience. Mike Cottle was fabulous! What more can I say.....Mike Cottle did a great job!!!
