Buyer reviewMike did an excellent job. Our situation was unique in that we were moving from Hawaii. We relied on his knowledge of the local neighborhoods. While we did make a trip over to look at homes with Mike, we did most of our looking over FaceTime as Mile gave us live tours of numerous homes. We felt that he was an excellent negotiator and helped us get a price and contract that was better than we had expected. He was also able to point us to quality experts to help us with other aspects that come with purchasing a new home and making a move from out of state.

His knowledge of contracts and what things to look for were extremely helpful in negotiations with our builder and his knowledge of house construction gave us the confidence that our house was built properly. Most of all Michael has become a close friend who will be our friend for a long time.

He made sure I was notified via text when there was something that he had emailed that needed my immediate attention. There was a small scare when some numbers had gotten transposed on a contract, for which he apologized profusely. The error was corrected and that human element made our partnership stronger. I would recommend Mike Cottle to anyone. He's punctual, patient, and to the point. He has a keen eye for detail, and will only give advice or a recommendation when asked.
