Mike was clear from the beginning of the process and helped us understand what would happen along the way from beginning to end. He is very professional and obviously knows the business. In working with Mike, I found him to be patient, kind, and understanding. He found out my needs and came to a thorough understanding of me, my life circumstances which impacted my need for a particular type of home, my urgency, my financial situation, and the fact that I was in the middle of so many pressing things all at once that I was about out of my mind. He took in everything I said and never fussed about my female conversation pattern, my messed up credit, my extremely poor state of health, and many things that made his job more difficult. Then, he went to work and worked very hard. I wanted a specific home. The sellers agent was a challenge. I believe he actually won her over in the end. There were constant demands and changes in the requirements to me through him. My health made it impossible for me to move fast enough. Mike found ways to simplify almost everything. He explained what needed to be done and how to best do it so that I was not overwhelmed by the task. A couple of points about Mike - He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the Realestate business. He's concise in his conversation with the professionals and others involved in the purchase/sale. He gets the facts straight for all concerned, meaning clarity and honesty. He let me know what I could expect to have happen so I was not caught off guard or unprepared for anything in the process. He was willing to try for things that I wanted that seemed unlikely or impossible. He'd explain the odds, but try to achieve my wishes. When one system wasn't going to make it happen he didn't give up on me. He found another way and got me my house! My home!! I'm not sure that he has ever had a more challenging and difficult customer and situation than me and mine. It was a very challenging sale. So, this brings me to one final point about Mike. He is very strong in purpose and principle, taking the lead in all interactions simply by the way he carries himself and his clear cut attention to detail and his extensive knowledge. No one can take advantage of him and therefore me. With full confidence, peace of mind, and gratitude, I was able to tell him what I wanted and leave it to him to make it happen while I dealt the other demands on my life. He quietly, quickly and diligently goes to work and doesn't stop until he accomplishes the goal. I could write pages about Mike with examples to back them up, but I've already written an epistle. That will be enough after I say boldly, but sincerely, that Mike is a rare gem worthy of recognition that his example might inspire and teach other agents how to better perform their job. That can be done by Century 21 as a result of this survey. As for me, I have already given Mike's name to some perspective buyers. I will continue to give his name and his company's name to those ready to buy and those who are dreaming and preparing for a future purchase. I might add that Mike is extremely talented on the sales end of things and works unbelievably hard to move the property involved.
