Buyer reviewMilyn Ward is the best agent we have ever dealt with. She truly has the best interest of her clients on her mind. If I had to Buy or Sell anywhere, I would ask Milyn to represent us. She negotiated the contract so well, we have a one year Home Warranty and she saved us a $2500 Repair bill by insisting that the seller handle certain things that I "assumed" were my responsibility. At closing because of Milyn Ward, I had ZERO out of pocket expenses and had a considerable equity in the home.
